Policeman Jailed for sex on duty

It was revealed today that a policeman who admitted having sex while on duty has been sent to jail for four months.
According to the detail PC Gary Bayldon use to visit a divorced mother at her home for sex while he was on his duty at nights. He was married at that time. According to his Lawyer Micheal Boardman , PC Gary Bayldon visited her when he was on his permitted breaks. While he was there he used to keep his radio on to answer the calls.
The 48-year-old also asked a second woman to go the woods with him and caressed her hands while taking her fingerprints at the police station, a court heard.
Bayldon, from Newport, Isle of Wight, pleaded guilty to three counts of wilful misconduct in public office when he appeared at Kingston Crown Court.
After this incident he has resigned from his post. He was working at Hampshire Constabulary and he had served for more than 18 years.
Judge Charles Tilling said: “You as a police officer have very considerable power and the respect of the community you serve in. People look up to you. You abused that trust.”
